Lightning Photographs - Gallery 41

Fast moving thunderstorms passed over Lake Cathie south of Port Macquarie 14th September 2007. I happened to be in the area and was able to capture some CGs as the main cell of the just rapidly cleared out to sea. Most shots F18 or F20 1 to 2 second exposure time.

High based storms passing through the Northern Rivers on 7th October 2007 provided quite a show during the late afternoon and early evening. The first few shots (when it was still fairly light) are 2 seconds at F20.
