Some anvil crawler lightning viewed from home on 12 June 2013. Some low cloud obscured the scene.
The 2013/14 storm season was well underway but it wasn't until 26 October before there was a lightning photography opportunity. These shots taken at West Ballina near the ferry, then at East Ballina looking south down Shelly Beach. A few clair air CGs jumped way out of the storm tops to the right of frame.
