This was supposed to be a down day during USA Tornado Alley Chasing 2015 but we managed to find a supercell in New Mexico after crossing the mountains from Taos to Mora on 30 May. All chase pics here
After seeing the record May snowfalls at the top of Pikes Peak, Colorado we intercepted some severe storms near the border with Kansas. After getting briefly bogged on a muddy road there was some evening lightning. All chase pics here
This storm was a lightning strobe fest at Sidney, Nebraska after an earlier crazy display of mammatus clouds. Check the chase pics here.
The weather didn't co-operate on 2 June during USA Tornado Alley Chasing 2015. There was an expectation of strong storms in South Dakota but it dried out too much. Some other activity spread in through Nebraska. All chase pics here
